How do I make a reservation?
These are the mandatory steps to making a reservation:
1. Submit all relevant information by email. This includes your arrival and departure dates, intended number of nights to stay, number of persons involved, group structure (couple(s) or all single men or…) Indicate the areas you are interested in visiting including all desired extras.
2. We will confirm your email with information on the availability of the desired tour(s) and accommodation. If for some reason the desired accommodation is unavailable, we will offer you alternatives.
3. When you wish to make a reservation we will send you a Reservation Information Email. We then expect a reservation deposit of 40% of the price of the entire package within 7 working days; commencing from the day after the email was sent to you. For every step in the process you will get a confirmation by email.

How can I send the reservation deposit?
Reservation deposits can be made by normal bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, Moneygram or Credit card. We will ask you on the Reservation Information Email to indicate your preferred means of payment. This email also contains our bank information. You will also be given a personal code which must be indicated by you when making your payments and/or deposits. After we receive your reservation deposit you will receive a Final Confirmation Email.

What is a Reservation Confirmation Email?
This is the mail we send to you when have indicated an intention to make a reservation. It will consist of an entire package information regarding your desired tour and answers to your questions. It will also include a request of payment of 40% of the entire package if you choose to go through with the reservation.

What is a Final Confirmation Email?
After you make a reservation deposit, we will send you a Final Confirmation Email. It will contain all your vacation information, terms and conditions, payments already made and Payments still to be made.

What is a customized Trip?
A customized trip is a trip whereby the client plans and arranges his trip entirely according to his own personal wishes and ideas. A customized trip does not offer a pre-arranged package. Here we offer the client all aspects of his desired trip within our means, for a special prize usually differing from the prices of our package tours.

How do I make a customized trip?
Look at our Customized Tours page, fill in the questionnaire, expressing all that you would be interested in. When we receive this information we email you a Concept Holiday Offer based on all your points of interests mentioned in the questionnaire.

How do I make a reservation of a customized Trip?
In the Concept Holiday Offer which we send you we will also indicate what to do if you decide to book the tour, usually this is with regards to the Reservation Payment that has to be made and how to make this payment. Do you have Local management and Support?
Yes we offer local management and support. Information on this will be mentioned on your final Confirmation email under the heading: Local contact. Of course besides the local contact, you can always contact us as well.

Is there an arrival and Departure procedure?
Yes on arrival at your first airport in Brazil you will be met a member of our local staff. At departure our staff will be there to your transfer to the you the airport.

Do you have a taxi service?
We can arrange a taxi for you if you wish, however we have do not have our own taxi company and offer no guarantees on the taxi service.
What payment methods are supported?
The payment methods which we support are normal bank transfers, PayPal, Moneygram and Western Union. Let us know which Payment method you wish to apply.

Is it possible to pay with PayPal?
Yes. You can pay with PayPal. However, we will always require a 5% uplift when you pay with PayPal. The reason for this being that PayPal charges us the same too.

Is it possible to pay by Credit Card?
Yes, provided that your Credit Card is accepted in the Netherlands. We use PayPal in handling these Credit Card payments. We will always require a 5% uplift since PayPal charges us the same.

What is the Cancellation policy?
In general we do refund part of the paid reservation fee. The amount depends on when you cancel and in what period you cancel.

What happens when I cancel more than 2 months in advance?
When you cancel as from2 months and more in advance, you get a partial refund of half of your paid reservation deposit.

When you cancel within 2 months of the arrival date NO refunds will be made.

When do I make the final Payment?
All payments must be made 4 weeks before arrival date. When making a reservation more than 4 weeks before arrival date , you are required to make a Reservation Deposit of 40% of the totaal package sum. However if your arrival date is in less 4 weeks you are required to transfer the entire package sum.
