How to book your Golf vacation
When you wish to make a reservation we will send you a Reservation Information Email. We then expect a reservation deposit of 40% of the price of the entire package within 7 working days; commencing from the day after the email was sent to you. For every step in the process you will get a confirmation by email.
Prices
Unless otherwise stated, all prices on our website are in Euros.
Increase in Tour Costs
The prices that have been quoted on our website are based on fixed costs at the time of printing. However, Terre du Golf reserves the right to increase any price shown without notice due to fluctuation in currency exchange rates or any other external uncontrollable cost increases.
Payments
The payment methods which we support are normal bank transfers, PayPal, Moneygram and Western Union. Let us know which Payment method you wish to apply.
Your Credit Card will be accepted in the Netherlands. We use PayPal in handling these Credit Card payments. We will always require a 5% uplift since PayPal charges us the same.
All payments must be made 4 weeks before arrival date. When making a reservation more than 4 weeks before arrival date , you are required to make a Reservation Deposit of 40% of the total package sum. However if your arrival date is in less 4 weeks you are required to transfer the entire package sum.
Cancellation Policy
In general we do refund part of the paid reservation fee. The amount depends on when you cancel and in what period you cancel. When you cancel as from 2 months and more in advance, you get a partial refund of half of your paid reservation deposit.
Unused Tour Services
No refund will be allowed for any unused tour services. Including unused accommodation, meals, transfers and car rentals.
Documentation
It is the responsibility of the passenger to obtain at your expense and to carry the appropriate documentation to satisfy entry requirements of all relevant authorities. In the event the passenger does not possess the necessary documentation or identification, an air carrier reserves the right to refuse package. If your travel documents are not in order and you are refused boarding, you will be responsible for any costs incurred in catching up with your tour and no refund will be issued.
Customer Service
The customer will be given at least two telephone numbers in Brazil to call. Our service guarantees that the customer can call us 24/7. Regardless of the problems that may arise or anything else related to their golf vacation that needs to be resolved a.s.a.p. (as soon as possible).
Tour Operators' Responsibility
The tour operators responsibility towards the customer reserving their golf vacation are providing the services exactly the way they were specified to the customer prior to making the reservation. For every golf package and customized tour as well, there will be a concise list of services included as well as a list of services that are not included.
We assure you that whenever there are unexpected problems, we resolve it immediately but never at the expense of our customers, that is Terre du Golf’s guarantee to their customers
Force Majeur exempts us from special conditions that occur outside the normal activities; such as natural disasters,(i.e. earthquakes, tsunami, strikes, war,) but even when that happens we will do our utmost to assist our customers and try to resolve the issues as best as possible.
